Our Project Policy
Every project includes a written scope covering deliverables, revision limits, client responsibilities, payment schedule, timeline, and exclusions. Work outside the approved scope requires a separate quote.
Every business is different, so we publish starting prices to give you a clear idea of the typical investment. The $1,500 website price is a starting price, not a promise that every website costs $1,500. The final price depends on your scope, additional pages, integrations, content needs, and project requirements, which we confirm together before development begins.
A Professional Website typically takes 5 to 10 business days after Dominance AI has received all required content, materials, approvals, and account access from the client. Delays in receiving client materials or approvals may affect the launch date. Larger packages take longer and are confirmed after scope review.
Website projects use a 50/50 structure: a 50% deposit to begin development and the remaining 50% before final launch. The exact project price is determined after scope review. After you approve the scope, we provide a PayPal invoice or approved payment link for the deposit. Larger projects may also be divided into milestone payments — the exact structure is confirmed in the proposal.
The client is responsible for providing core business materials including logo, business information, menu or services, pricing, photos, contact information, social links, location, and existing domain or account access. Dominance AI will organize, format, polish, and implement the supplied content. Original copywriting, professional photography, logo design, and large-scale content creation are not automatically included and may require a separate quote.
A Professional Website includes 2 revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated set of reasonable design and content changes submitted after reviewing the current version. Please combine requested changes into each round. Additional revision rounds or significant changes outside the approved scope may require an additional quote.
Every website includes 14 days of post-launch bug support covering problems with functionality Dominance AI originally built that is not working as intended — such as a broken form, incorrect link, or responsive issue. It does not include new pages, new features, or design changes. After 14 days, ongoing updates can be handled through optional Website Care at $149/month or quoted separately.
